Welcome to Grit Fit Coaching! As a personal trainer for over a decade, I have amassed invaluable knowledge and expertise in the fitness industry. Over the years, I have trained people from all walks of life, and my philosophy has always been centered around focusing on the journey and prioritizing progress over perfection. With my extensive triathlon experience, including an Ultraman finish and a charity bike ride across Australia, I have an intimate understanding of what it takes to achieve big goals and push past your physical and mental limits.

At Grit Fit Coaching, I work with individuals to help them overcome obstacles and reach their fitness goals. As someone who grew up being active, competing in swimming and mountain bike riding, I understand the importance of staying fit and living a healthy lifestyle. After losing my younger sister to CF in 2007, I stopped all activities for a few years before getting back heavily into the gym and gaining strength and muscle. In 2015, I did my first triathlon in Alice Springs and was hooked. With my personal experience and knowledge of fitness, I bring a unique approach to my coaching to help my clients achieve their desired results.
